Braces have been using from a long time to correct the problem of misaligned or gaps between teeth. Traditional braces have been using from a longtime by orthodontic professionals. All braces have the same work but they differ from one another in design and other aspects. Starting with the self-ligating braces, self-ligating braces are very clear. Instead of metallic brackets, ceramic braces are used. Ceramic braces are very clear due to which it is difficult to notice. In traditional or metallic braces, archwires are used to provide the desired elasticity to metal brackets while in ceramic braces, clips are used. Due to the use of clips instead of archwires, the problem of irritation to gums is greatly reduced. Self-ligating braces are used for any type of treatment whether it is simple or complex. Ceramic braces are hidden but to some extent. It is impossible to notice lingual braces. Lingual braces are fixed on the tongue side. It can also be used to treat different types of teet
